A call for Ahimsa, meditation and vegetarian living
A five-day gathering given over to meditation, non-violence and compassionate living. The Ahimsa Dhyana Mahasabhalu brings people together from 1 to 5 October 2026 at Exhibition Grounds, Nampally, Hyderabad, around one message: Live & Let Live.
The programme brings together collective music and sound meditation, performances by cultural artists, and messages from eminent spiritual, political and film personalities — alongside the case for vegetarian living as a path towards compassion and a more peaceful society.
“Here, only Brahma Jnana is attained”
Everyone is welcome. Attendance and registration are completely free.
Voices behind the movement
The message of Ahimsa — Live & Let Live — is carried by the people who stand behind this movement.
This film follows organisers, guests and supporters coming together around the gathering: presenting the event message, unveiling the event identity, and carrying the invitation outward. It is a collective effort to bring meditation, non-violence and vegetarian living into wider public awareness.
A shared vision · A shared gathering · A message for everyone
Five days, every day the same open invitation
Each day follows the same shape, so nothing is missed by arriving on the second morning or on the fifth. Meditation sits at the centre, and everything else is arranged around it.
- Five hours of collective music and sound meditation every day — the centre around which the rest of the programme is arranged.
- Performances by leading cultural artists, held on the same grounds and open to everyone attending.
- Messages from eminent spiritual, political and film personalities, spoken to the gathering across the five days.
World peace through meditation · Human progress through non-violence
A detailed day-by-day timetable will be published here once confirmed by the organisers.
